2. Digital Service Delivery & Pre-Paid Subscriptions
ZynaroTV provides digital streaming credentials (Xtream Codes API, M3U Playlist URLs, and EPG Guide parameters) for high-definition and 4K Ultra HD television channels and VOD movie content.
- No Binding Contracts: All plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months) operate strictly on a non-binding, pre-paid basis. Subscriptions do not automatically charge your card upon expiry without your explicit order.
- Delivery SLA: Activation details are delivered via WhatsApp or email within 15 minutes to 2 hours of payment approval.
3. Connection Caps & Simultaneous Device Usage
To preserve server bandwidth and anti-freeze 60FPS performance across our network, connection limits are strictly enforced based on your chosen tier:
- 1-Month Trial Plan (£10): 1 Active Connection.
- 3-Month & 6-Month Plans: 1 Active Connection.
- 12-Month Plan (£49.99): Up to 2 Simultaneous Active Connections.
4. Broadband Speed Requirements & ISP VPN Guidelines
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a stable broadband connection suitable for streaming high-bitrate 4K content:
- Minimum 10 Mbps: Required for Standard HD 720p/1080p channel streaming.
- Minimum 25–50 Mbps: Required for 4K Ultra HD 60FPS live sports and 4K VOD movie streams.
- ISP Throttling & VPN Usage: Certain UK ISPs (such as BT, Virgin Media, Satellite, and EE) deploy artificial bandwidth throttling during major Top-Flight Football Live Matches kickoffs and Live Events sports events. We strongly recommend using a reputable VPN or our built-in encrypted server ports if your ISP throttles your connection.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
By subscribing to ZynaroTV, you agree NOT to:
- Re-stream, re-transmit, publicly broadcast, or resell ZynaroTV feed lines without an authorized Reseller Panel contract.
- Share your private Xtream API username and password on public forums, websites, or messaging groups.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our server infrastructure.
6. Uptime Guarantee & Infrastructure Maintenance
ZynaroTV targets a 99.99% Uptime SLA across our multi-location server clusters. Scheduled server maintenance or upstream channel source updates may occasionally result in brief interruptions. Emergency maintenance notices are posted on our official WhatsApp support channel.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
ZynaroTV shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party app crashes (e.g., TiviMate, IPTV Smarters), home router misconfigurations, or local ISP outages. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
